While playing counter-strike, my ping seems to spike at the exact same time that I use my mic, every time. This means, hitting the mic key causes my ping to go up. Also, the longer I hold the key, the more the ping goes up. This is causing some serious boot/lag problems that I would like to fix. Anyone know why this is happening?

Don't talk?
Well how long has this been happening? I've really never heard of nething like this. Make sure your mic key isn't bound to something else strange. Can people here you when you transmit?

Key is not bound to anything else important. The sound goes out fine and everyone can hear me. Don't talk is an option but it kind of sucks. I have no idea why this crap is happening and I would like to find a way to fix it.

All firewalls off, directly hooked up to the network, rates are set at around 55-66 and 25k....
