Yeah i set the firewall up correctly according to steam and deleted Clientregistry.blob...perhaps i should try turning off my firewall completely?
yea... just don't go on porn websites if u do
try uninstalling steam?

Same here, I kept trying to fix when the same thing happened to me, the next day it worked fine.It may of just been by sheer luck or something, but I had the same problem. I didn't know what to do so I just didn't use steam at all for the rest of the day and it worked fine the next. But like I said, it may of been coincidence.
