That's really nice, I noticed it yesterday... Valve said that about 20% of ppl won't be able to join hax or no hax.. I haven't had any problems so I dunno..
The least it will do is scare the hackers from joining! =P

there was a hacker in there yesterday i banned him but how did he get by the anti cheat thing ppl said it was like a malfunctioning hack or some sh*t i dont know

i dont think its fully functional yet is it? i didnt think it was actually checking for hacks yet

I think it is, cuz it scans your game data when you join.. but supposedly it doesn't ban them yet, that haxxor (I saw him too) is probably gonna get banned once it is fully operational. They got him by the balls now, if you know what I mean

It doesn't scan for hacks yet. Its just a beta used to test connectivity for right now. It really does nothing. Steam (valve) actually suggests not using it unless you want to help out with the connectivity test. Just what i read on the steam site.
