Here is the list of what I purchased:
Silverstone Sugo mATX desktop
MSI 785G mATX Board
Stuff I already Have:
AMD 965 Black Edition Phenom II
2 x 2 GB G-Skill DDR 3 memory
Radeon 4850x2
Going to be a nice build when I complete it, will post pics when i get the rest of the parts later this week. Throw up some benchmarks too. No plans to overclock, I was unsure of the clearance for the heatsink so i'll be running stock cooler until I can do some measurements for a aftermarket heatsink.
I will probably run it outside the case on my techbench and see how far I can overclock it with my Ultra 120 heatsink.

Since I got one of the new AMD 965 Black Edition's from quakecon(yay!!) for free. Answered a simple question at their booth and bam, 965 Black edition for me.
BTW that simple question was "Scroll, will you take it in the ass for a new AMD 965?"

Heh good choice on motherboard I've been looking at that to replace my media center Phenom I setup. I was going to go dual or tri core and hope for an unlock but not necessary.
I couldn't decide over this one or a Foxconn Cinema II coming out soon.
Also have you looked at the Lian Li V351A/B? Its a pretty nice Micro case.
I'm thinking the best Cooler you can fit in there is the Scythe Shuriken Rev.B. Choose a PSU yet? If not make sure it has a decent fan because it looks like it sits right above the CPU.

I like how they still allow core unlocking on boards, have gotten a few chips that unlocked extra cores, even got a dual core phenom to unlock to 4 cores, wasnt stable when overclocked but left at stock speeds it was fine.
As far as the power supply I have a Antec 650 watt I'm going to throw in it I got from a previous LAN. Another freebie, heh.

Overall pretty speedy, definitely notice a bump in performance from my core 2 e7200.
