Is there a list of commands for admin duties like @mute and @ban?

Yep. When in the game, open console and type "@help"
That will bring up the list of admin commands with descriptions of what they do. Most are obvious.

for the menu, just bind it to a key "bind f12 @menu"

Thanks for the info. But my F12 is binded to BANALL...
