I tryed to connect to the office server and it says this server is running an older version of the game? assuming updates?

Just because server wasn't updated since last Source patch. Working fine now.

yeah and the admin commands are working again to, I think it's stupid how the valve thing starts when i launch counter strike source, I don't like it!

to disable the intro set the game launch option -novid, they disabled the -nointro option.
also Shadow for flashbang restriction the sourcemod plugin weaponrestrict still works, maybe you should look into it in the meantime.
