well you kind of need a mic to be in ventrilo 
but just add the BoSS tag to your name so it will be seomthing like BoSS|ANTHRAX

hey, welcome. you dont need a mic but i would recommend it. i recently got one about 2 months ago. not too resent but considering ive had css since november it is. vent is a great thing. but even so, see you in.
