Notorious your computer isnt bad. Its actually better than mine.

ok so here is mine........

P4 2.0 (come on christmas)
3x 512 mb pc 2700 ddr
geforce 6800 gt overclocked
2x 40 gb hd
soundblaster 24 bit (pimpin the $30 sound card.)
microsoft basic optical mouse aka piece of f*cking sh*t
17 inch mag crt monitor
1x dvdr-rw drive
1x cdr-rw drive

Ok so christmas is coming up and im going all out on this f*cking thing. New processor, monitor, mouse, maybe case. I just got a new case like 2 months ago, but i already broke the two usb ports in the front (f*cking joystick). Anyways, the processor is bottlenecking the rest of the sh*t so thats at the top of my list. Hell i might just get a new motherboard and go AMD this time. Also im getting some SATA hard drives. God i f*cking love christmas.

i see a nice bunch of 9800's. woot woot. and kid capri, it doesnt look like you even need to upgrade. but if its santa's money...go for it. ill be upgrading in a 2 years, my prediction. just to let you all know. every computer part put together, in all, was $1880. not bad at all, considering an alienware is 3 times as much and probably not as good. i went back to tigerdirect and found all my parts. exactly a year later it would only cost about $1200 now to build what i built last august. it was worth it fo sho.

If you look at the hardware stats that Valve has gathered, the 9800pro is one of the most commonly used vid cards by people. Pretty sure my setup is in my sig.. here's hoping it is

Edit: most is, here is more

Logitech Mx500 Mouse
Logitech Elite Keyboard (elite.. haha right, nice feel to it though)
KDS 19" monitor
CD-R whatever (who doesn't have one of these now)
DVD-Rom (burner will come sooner or later)

AMD Barton 3.2 GHz

...

There is no such thing as an AMD Barton 3.2 GHz. Using magical parts? LOL

You maybe mean..... like... Barton 3200? Because that's not 3.2 ghz. It runs at like, 2.2 or something. They just say 3200 because that's roughly what it runs like compared to an intel. Unless you have a different core. Then it's not barton at all.

Right, thats what I meant, its actually only a 3000 but I've overclocked it to a 3200, I'll fix it in just a second. When I think thats what it translates to, thats what always comes to mind when I think of the speed.

I suppose that makes up for you having the shortest cock on the forums?

And, how can you come in here and say you have the best computer? You use a gay ass intel processor, and a f*ckin nvidia vid card. Yeah, the scsi hard drive is cool, and the ddr2 ram is fast... and I'm sure the zalman fan is pretty....

But you don't have dibs on best computer. Your computer is either at par with mine, or slightly better. And I don't even have the best computer. Anyone with an fx series proc and an x800 series vid card (shadow...) has a far superior computer. :-)

the x850 is better than any nvidia card... except for the 7800 GTX... which you dont have... so the x850 is better..
