My friends and I call each other !@#$%^& all the time. We are white guys from the midwest sowe just kind of mess with each other. Calling a friend a !@#$%^& shouldn't be considered racist but when someone says it constantly (like previously stated) then that is when someone should step in and tell them to stop spazing out. That's just my opinion though.
