A lot of the time, I force myself up to get a cold beer followed by a cold shower. If that combination doesn't offer any alertness, hot coffee and a hot shower will take its place.

Good ol' Inert needs no clock, coffee, or other stimulants to get his ass outta bed in the morning. Guess being on the right side of the grass is good enough of an eye opener at my age
