Unless you have already fixed it, maybe try a wiping program? Never had a file that one of those didn't get rid of.

Not sure if you fixed it yet but there are two programs that can help you here. They are pretty easy to use.

First one is DLLcompare, it will check for dll's being used by the trojan and delete them

dllcompare

The second is pocket killbox, it kills files that are running processes. If you know the name / location of the file this could do the trick for you

killbox

Also make sure to clean out all temp files and always, always, turn off system restore. They should change it's name to virus refuge.

I know what Trojan you are talking about, it has many forms. Some are easyer to get out, some are incredibly hard, some you will have to wipe everything...

The new spybot does a descent job of getting rid of such things. I'd try that if Kaspersky doesn't.

You can try this:
Take your hard drive out of the computer.
Remove the cover.
Apply lighter fluid to the plate.
Light fire.

It will smoke that virus out!

Or you could blow potsmoke across the motherboard, the virus will just stumble out of the computer.

Ya he recommended that to me when I had a virus, it totally worked. The first time too. One tip though, don't buy the name brand lighter fluid, it's way too expensive, besides there are plenty of other things that burn really well and are cheaper.

Hope it works
