here's something to help u do what u do in the meantime:

QMov
http://www.qmov.com go to members area, enter a blank user/pass

Monster Movie Pass
go to: monstermoviepass.com
go to a dvd you want to watch
scroll down to where the scenes are, right-click on one of the images for the scene and view the image location
EX: you go to this dvd: monstermoviepass.com/dvd.view?id=1176
and you look at the 2nd image, which is located here: content.monstermoviepass.com/movies/smashpictures/cameltoeperversions3/01/cameltoeperversions3_01_02.jpg

Change the last 7 characters of the image path (_02.jpg)

Replace it with .avi

content.monstermoviepass.com/movies/smashpictures/cameltoeperversions3/01/cameltoeperversions3_01_02.jpg
to
content.monstermoviepass.com/movies/smashpictures/cameltoeperversions3/01/cameltoeperversions3_01.avi

Now you have free access to everything on that site.

You can also make an html page that links to each avi file. Then open the html page in IE, and right-click and go to save target as. That should work for IE I think.
