People need to be more active on vent, even if that requires you to sit in the AFK channel when not around.
This is mandatory, think of it as our own personal Xfire, but better, so do it.

Yeah, IMO games really AREN'T fun if you're not on Ventrilo. It's fun to talk to the people you're playing with and it's better for stratagizing than typing or in-game voice chat.
If you don't get on Ventrilo, I don't consider you are BoSS member because the fact of the matter is that if you don't have the dedication to pay $xx for a mic, you don't have the dedication for BoSS.

and some of us choose not to use vent when our current microphone makes extremely loud noises for fear of shadow passing out noise violation bans..hes done it b4 lol
