Uh I Optimized the TCP a little bit and would like to know if it improved the performance of the servers when full... It may reduce the choke a little, we shall see.
Thoughts?
Tweaked up the box some more.

No huge difference, although I noticed before my ping was always on average around 5, now its around 10. Maybe nothing, maybe it's my ISP, dunno.

My ping seems to be slightly lower on average now. Dunno what all that stuff you did means but good work!

Ping has nothing to do with what I did, I simply optimized the bandwidth intake on the box to allow for less sluggish bandwidth management when the servers are actually full, which should help a good deal.
