will increasing the speed and loosening the timings a bit=better performance?
tell me what you think.

you can see all my voltages and clocks and temps at the top of every screenshot, so let me know if im f*ckin up with anything.
also should i go with 44412 @800 or 55515 @1000 for everyday use?
and what is the highest i should let my cpu temp go? after running 06, it hit 49 degrees i believe.
oh and i can independantly set fsb and dimm speeds... but that led to me destroying my computer yesterday and having to repair windows... so i think i should not try to go above 44412 @ 800 or 55515 @1000... though i kind of want to try 44412 @ 1000... maybe when crysis comes out....

for everyday use i would try not to stress it.. like mine at 3.0 dont hurt it but then if i want 3.5 i need to up the cpu volts higher temps so only when i bench i stress it.My cpu @3.0 uses 1.30 volts idles around 35c when i up the volts to 1.425 and raise the fsb to 500 it idles at 45c so i only bench at 3.5 i also have stock intel heatsink.
Also nice score but says your settings weren't default in 06???Run it 1280x1024 default setting also if you have a installed a driver for your lcd that mite cause that just uninstall the monitor driver windows should reconize it fine.
And i noticed your temps look a little high usually the motherboard utility is 10c off so your cores are at 57cidle ouch!!!!!You need to watch that use core temp better program 100%

Why you posting.. read what i said the f*cking bios says nothing about your core's.Do you know what im saying do you overclock im trying to help him not fry something and your argueein something you have no clue about. That means core temp is wrong then.. since you can't really have a temp more accurate than the one bios gives
Your cpu has 3 temp monitors the chip itself the one the bios and the utility see's then each core and that what you need to watch cause there allways higher thats all.

But if you use core temp the core's are allways higher!! I know this that shows the temp of the processor not the cores and the core's are what you need to monitor cause there allways higher.
And if you dont know then shhhhhhhhhhhhh cause your a noob.
good point.... idk what the sh*t im talkin about... so the cpu temp relates to the core temp how?
edit: 4 get it i get what you r saying... the actuall temp is 10c higher than what it displays... is this true for all temps or just cpu?

http://www.thecooles...s.com/CoreTemp/
use that
All the other temps are correct just watch the core temp there's 2 dual core so 2 also its normal that one is higher than the other.
