btw, how do i get around the "the disk is write-protected" thing? thats why i cant delete the virus

I personlly keep all of my images, music , and important stuff on a secondary hard drive......that way if something happens to the main hard drive, I can reformat with ease! Even if you get those viruses off, sometimes the viruses have permanently damaged windows, so it would be in your best interest to reformat.
oh man do this fint the file you whanna delete hold ctrl alt del thats gonna bring up task menager then go to processes and end explorer then go to file new task run type cmd thats gonna bring up dos screen then tupe in del c:\yourfile and press enter and its gonnnne
and when you finish jut go to file new task and type in explorer
