yea the 360 got some problems. Call the ps3 an expensive piece of sh*t but its definitely better built than the 360. It still has some minor problems but that i know of nothing is very serious.

anyway, the people who lose their 360s either drop it, f*cked with it or put something over the exhaust ports. my exroommate and i used to work opposite shifts, so when i bought my 360 it was literally used 24/7 for the first couple of months.

we did 3 things:

1) put it somewhere my drunken friends and i couldn't knock it over, even if we threw ps2 controllers at it. (oddly enough it happened a lot. we went through 4 controllers on god of war alone.)

2) put absolutely nothing but a fan over it.

3) let everyone know that if they touched the machine while the cd was rotating, we were going to get everyone to hold you down and ram your car into the dumpster across the parking lot.

4) used our actual dvd player to play movies we'd probably fall asleep during, so the f*cker didn't run constantly.

i've probably logged more hours on that f*cker than most of the kids b*tching in that video and mine works fine. you just can't expect a 13 year-old to understand that it can't be treated like a f*cking nintendo.

Except be affordable and popular.

PC gaming is dieing out because of the cost of it. If you looks at the number of PC titles released vs. even one of the consoles, it's a landslide in favor of the consoles.

But PC gets awesome quality games.. consoles get like Dora The Explora goes to Bean Bean Land 10... stuff like that are about 1/2 of the games, and the other half that actually dont suck are released for the pc also, and pc gets better version of that stuff.. so no pc gaming isnt dieing out

True, plus look at, say, the number of online console gamers vs. the number of PC gamers. I love PC gaming because it gives me freedom. Freedom to change the computer screen in cs_office without being banned from Xbox Live for using mods. Freedom to easily communicate with others with an external program, regardless of what anyone is doing on their PC at the time. Freedom to use a mouse to aim a weapon instead of feeling like a retard and try to do it with an analog stick.

For those who can't afford a high quality gaming pc, consoles might be a savior. Consoles do get some nice games that aren't released on pc.

Recently released halo 2 for pc was not as good as the famed console version, even though the pc version was released 3 years later. The same story goes with RE4.

Nevertheless, I play more games on my pc than I do on my console. The only reason I have a console is so I can play those games that aren't released on the pc. Computers are highly adaptable, so I agree that pc gaming is not dying. If you think of it, over the years consoles are becoming more and more like computers. (Ps3 running linux) Sooner or later, they will be considered to be one.
