OK so I got around tonight to installing updated software, So if you find any bugs in it, Please report them here so I can fix it.

What it Fixes/Handles (Supposidly)
*Added Admin Flags, ie, i can Disallow all admins a specific command(kickall/etc)
*Autobans a player if they change their name 5 times in one round (Perm Bans)
*Basic all around overhaul (Pain in the ass to setup, but its great...)
