doom 3 is too repetitive for its own good. by the way there is a mod out that allows you to use the flashlight and a gun at the same time by hooking the flashlight to the gun. They didnt do that in the first place to make the game more intense. It just made me not like the game that much more. Maybe now i will finish the game. I just got tired of the same old demons running out at you. Need to be more substance to it. I give it a 5/10. :tup:

i kno ghruth he posted this purposly to see all the negative feedback he would receive because he saw when i mentioned that i rented doom 3 one time and a few people were like "that game is gay".

DOOM 3 isn't "gay." It's just got ultra low replay value just like HL2.

That's why it's just not as good.

My suitemate bought me Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil for my bday. I've not played it much but it's not half bad so far. At least the entire game doesn't take place inside a stupid space station! (what was my biggest gripe with the 1st game). Oh, and they MAJORLY ripped off Half Life 2. There's a weapon that's almost exactly like the gravity gun...
