Everyone, official apolgies on the mixup of the name. Formerly sniprshark, now sniprwulf. Anyways, I've been getting on vent and have been told that my mic sounds like crap (no suprises) and was looking at the market of new headsets to buy. There's a broad range of stuff and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on their headsets of choice. Im in the price range of 20-50$. Thanks.

Yeah Newegg is a great site. Huge selection at near unbeatable prices. Definately check them out first when looking for something electronic.

i have something like the expensive one Billy showed, but i got mine for twice as cheap at the one and only eBay... i was hesitant to buy sh*t on eBay, but i was left with a smile on my face. The sound is great, the bass, and same goes for the mic.

but those are dependant on a soundcard, and most folk have onboard... imo, go with Plantronics because they have their own soundcard that comes with them and its fairly decent.

Yeah that is pretty much that same for me. I bought a like $20 set of headphones with a mic by logitech. havn't had a problem yet, but like frag i'm thinking about about the headphones apart and gluing the mic onto my $120 headphones that i purchased. Look around on different sites for what your looking for. I also prefer to look on newegg.com. Later
