This is something that I can't get over. Most guys will agree that big boobs are sexier than smaller ones, but at what price? When I watch porn, if the girl has ridiculously augmented knockers to the point where there is no way in hell any human being could possibly grow a pair that size, I find it annoying. You'd think that if you are vain enough to have implants that you would want boobs that are actually believably real. My stance is, no fake boobies. Luckily my girlfriends aren't small, but if they were I would never pressure her to fix them. I realize this is a tease without pictures so I have included the pictures of a fake boobed pornstar and pics of Heidi Klum and Halle Berry for comparison.

But yea, one of the main things I hate is the big nipples. they just look gross. Almost like "I think you dropped some lunch meat on there." At all the parties I have been to there is only one rack I have seen I havn't liked. And, guess what, freakishly big nipples. Plus she wasn't that hot, so I'm all good.

I guess the thing that really pisses me off is actually when someone who is already well endowed feels the need to increase their bust to astronomical proportions and thus wreck them. Case in point, Pamela Anderson. Way back in the day she was hot but now I feel like I need to see a doctor for an std checkup just from looking at her not to mention I get pissed knowing she wrecked what were already good boobies. Anyone have pictures of the before and after for her?

The only women that should get implants are those that are pissed off because their genes drew the short straw and they came out flat. Even then I think it is for vanity, but that is the only time I can understand a girl doing it.

But what is this about nipples being cut off and replaced? That isn't part of the procedure. They just stretch the hell out of them. Most breast implant surgery is done with a small incision in the armpit which they slide this funky little bag under the sking and under the real boob destroying the skin/muscle connective tissue as they go, then hook it up to a hose and pump saline into it. I don't think they cut off any nipples; they don't even do that in breast reduction.
