Eh...with a 16:9 aspect ratio you actually have almost 2x the field of view of someone on a 4:3 monitor, meaning if someone was coming the the side of you, you're more likely to see them and kill them. This looks to be even more of an advantage.

That being said I wouldn't get it because:

-Too much to pay attention to, I don't want to be looking at the right screen and then get killed because someone was shooting me on the center or left screen.

-Breaks in the monitor. I don't care how many screens there are, I don't like to play on multiple screens with breaks between them.

-Wouldn't fit on my desk

-Probably mad expensive

For the right applications those are really great pieces of equipment. For gaming, I dont think they are a great thing. Im happy with my widescreen monitor.

ahahahha hilarious!

There is no high enough DPI setting on the gamingest of mice that could make that situation work.

Just seems incredibly dumb for CSS, but I'd love to have a setup like that for Nascar.

Shooters would be hard to get used to. Just changing from a regular screen to a widscreen setup takes some time. But, I like it, and if I hadn't just bought another plasma tv and a 24ft boat, I would get it. My wife is pretty pissed right now but screw her. I'm the one looking in dirty wordholes all day. I think is would be really cool on driving and football games. Good find.
