i recently played a server that had a 15 second buy timer, it might be nice to try out, nades get a little crazy when the t's wont leave the spawn and re buy them excessively, anyways we all know t's have it easy and it might speed the rounds up a little bit. just an idea

Only con with the 30 sec timer (as mafia stated) is a group defending their spawn from a rush (most likely t's defending from a ct rush) will have the opportunity to nade spam.
A 15 sec timer will have the pro of drastically reducing the chance of that (whether or not the pubbers in office atm have a problem with it) and I'm pretty sure there really isn't a con to it...so why not change it?

the con is that the noobs cant smoke up the spawn as much as they would like too. hahaha

the con is that you cant join a round in those next 15 seconds.. buytime = jointime.
