Okayyyyy, so I'm tired of my old ass 94 Camaro. !@#$%^& keeps having engine problems and I'm just straight up sick of the hunk of sh*t. Got talking to a few friends and a mechanic of mine and they think it's a great idea if I were to build a ricer. Not a sh*tty one made of a Honda or something. Just wondering if anyone has experience building one and could give some new advice to a noobie. I don't want a cookie-cutter p.o.s.

lol look man alot of ppl hate on that brand but lemme say this... they surpassed bmw in 08 for best warrenty and reliability. if you want a tibby get a new one with the v6 5 speed... their nice and theres a ton of sh*t you can do to them.

I own a tibby :) Black 03, 4 banger. while the v6 does offer more horse power and all, the engine space is kinda cramped. they are a nice car, very dependable haven't had any issues, and they leave a lot to the imagination as far as things you can do. but like posted before it depends on what you want to do with the car. I've talked to some of the guys here about doing super charges, or maybe turbo. but since it is my daily driver i have been hesitant. i do have a nice body kit picked out too and a guy that is going to paint the car and help me get the kit on. not to mention the area in the back is a nice area to place a small to large system, just depends on how much bass you really want. If you do get the car and have any questions hit me up, I've already taken the whole car apart at one point so i can give you some tricks so you aren't curing like i was the first time i did sh*t to it. lol. good luck with your decision.

Yeah I'm probably going to put a Turbo in it, though I was thinking a lot today and was considering trying to find one that's manual. There's something utterly bad-ass about it. And my system will be nothing special, I've got 2 10's in my car right now that I'll probably slap in it.

Id stick with the american muscle, sh*t load cheaper to just swap out the engine in the camaro. As for the car your looking at, automatic is bad, and thats all i have to say because I dont really like that car, so im not of much help.

i would stick with something that isnt completely homosexual.

body kits are generally quite homo. Unless you are trying to look like a mexican faggot.

figure out what you want to do with the car. If you wish to make a track car do that. If you want to make something look good stick with something clean and classy. If you want something reliable buy a normal DD.

ya, rice is out, body kits all that stuff, low, rims, slick black paint job, tinted windows in my book is the way to go. Do the engine first, then worry about how it looks. Or make it a sleeper.

Doc Seuss has it right. Trust us older folks. If you rice out an ugly, slow ass car you will realize how much of a homo you were 5 years later once you grow up a bit.
