wat

Be warned of two things:

1. System requirements. Like I said before, if you can't run XP flawlessly (full boot to the desktop in under a minute, no lag ever doing anything, at least 2GB of RAM, a dual-core or really nice single-core processor, and a semi-decent video card) then don't even attempt Vista. That means what I said. No GeForce FX cards. No Pentium 4s. If you have the hardware, by all means, but if you don't, it will perform like sh*t and you'll regret it.

Somehow while screwing around.. I got vista ultimate to work on an ibm latptop... 800 mhz cpu, 512 mb of ram, and a whopping 16 mb of video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slow doesnt begin to describe the start up but in like 5 hours or so it ran pretty good!!!! As long as you hibernated the laptop it ran ok. but dont try that... cause its a waste of time that you will never get back... ever... heheheh

It runs a lot better if you turn off search indexing and all related services...that's a goddamn hard drive hog if there ever was one.
