Alright, I have quite a problem.

Today I went to this chicks house with my friend Ryan. Few of you know that I am currently living in England, but I am on vacation in VA. We got to her house at around 1PM, and stayed there for a few hours. While there, Ryan had about 5 shots of assorted liquor, I had 2 beers, and Jessica (the girl) had nothing. She also offered if we wanted some pills (Xanex, A+, Valium, etc.) and of course, we accepted. We must of taken about 50 pills all up. Immediately after we left her house, we sold all the pills (every single one of them) for some money and a unit of herb. An hour or two later, I got a text message from Jessica saying that her mom found out that all of her pills were missing, and Jessica wanted to know how much we took. She said that she took the blame, and she was issued a court date (bullsh*t, cops don't offer court dates on the spot). Truth be told, she ratted on us, and told the cop that we stole them all without her permission. She has no proof that we stole any of her pills, the only catch is that her neighbor saw us leaving, but how would she know we had pills on us?

Our story to the 5-0:

We were at her house, we did not steal any pills, and we had a few beers. I'm not sure how the cops can arrest us for this, because we have no pills on us, and I would pass a drug test (except for marijuana).

Yeah, it sounds like it would be legit if you lied about the pills. If what you say is true they have no concrete proof that you stole the pills. Simply leaving her house is not enough, I would think.

no proof/evidence, like said above its her word against yours, you guys chilled there, had a couple bears. when they ask about the pills, its simple.. "what pills"

Sounds good, I am real chill about it now. I called the cop yesterday, and we're meeting tonight at around 9PM. Ryan already talked to him, and he made up a good story so I'm just gonna say pretty much what he said. Everything should be fine, and I'm leaving the States in 15 days, so what the f*ck can they do?

I'm still sketching though, but that's normal I guess.
