I didn't see many of the independent films, but I did see somewhere around 45 films that were released in 2008. Here are my picks. Agree or disagree?

The 10 Best Movies of 2008:

1. The Dark Knight
2. Hellboy 2: The Golden Army
3. Iron Man
4. Pineapple Express
5 .WALL-E
6. Valkyrie
7. Step Brothers
8. Role Models
9. Speed Racer
10. Incredible Hulk


The 5 Worst Movies of 2008:

1. 10,000 BC
2. Prom Night
3. The Eye
4. The Love Guru
5. Jumper

i liked jumper and 10,000bc

WALL-E is comparable to AIDs

pineapple express was sh*t too.

Best : Eagle eye

Worst: Wall-E

Wall-e and speedracer are less personal pref, though they were well done. All in all I think pixar does a good job.

I�ll give you blindness - that was pretty good.

Ones I�ve been wanting to see:
Mutant Chronicles
Slumdog Millionaire

The rest I haven�t seen, but I�ll check them out and get back to you.

dark knight
slumdog


worst movies -

cloverfield ( this movie was gay on so many levels )
wall-e
hellboy 2
and anything else w/ Brendon Frasier or Jason Statham they both need to die in a fire.

Why don't you !@#$%^&s like Wall-E? That movie was f*cking amazing, and I totally see a subtle under-tone of Disney implying where we'll be in 50 years.

I liked WALL-E too... It's a great (if a bit fucked up) story and a great societal critique.
Can't say I've seen too many movies made this year. Eagle Eye and the new Indiana Jones movie were pretty good, eventhough both starred that irritating prick w/e his name is.
