I personally enjoy the one i have, Kaspersky 7. It was like 70 or 60 dollars, but it gets the job done and it does it well.
I tried AVG Free because i heard it was good, but it caused my computer to get the blue screen of death at startup.
Supposeldy Trend Micro PC-Cillin is a good anti-virus. Anyone have it so i can get a confirmation on whether or not it is good?
Say the Anti-viruses you think perform the most solidly, both free and ones that aren't free.
Good AntiViruses, both Free and Ones that aren't

stay away from trend micro for now, they have been having major issues especially with startup times and some system stability. Kaspersky is the really good and actually i have read a lot of reports that the new Norton 2009 is really good as well, not as bulky as the old stuff and has pretty good detection.
