Hasnt the internet taught you that the general public is f*ckin stupid?

Have a turn like that near my house...not that bad of a turn in sharpness, and its ona 25mph street but it is oppositely banked a bit and ppl constantly loose control around the corner whenever it rains. They've even installed tiny bump strips, several signs, the most secured guardrail i have ever seen (since theres a 65mph highway just beyond) and they decided to cap it off with big ass letters painted on the road saying 'SLOW DOWN'...yet after every rain, i can always spot at least one new dent in the guardrail...
