that's not really true main, but regardless, anybody that's into torrents knows that that the more public it is, the less quality it becomes, for a *semi* private tracker to go public is like if an MMO on a 2-3 year run was pay to play, and then went free... Not only do you alienate the majority of the community behind it, you make them hate you.

Demonoid wasn't ever really good in terms of speeds, but its only going to get worse because now people won't even really bother seeding. the entire point of a private tracker isn't even meant to be private, but to keep a limited amount of users on and auto-delete accounts with less then a 1:1 ratio, if somebody goes under their ratio now, they can just make a new account and do it again.
