Figured it to be something similar* but here, a wonderful wiki link.

*Personally prefer the man traveling back through time to kill himself. Does the man, then, cease to exist, or rather exist in the paradoxical occurrence?...or if the man almost manages to kill his past self, does the interaction with his past cause his future self never to travel back in time in the first place to create the life-changing past event? - which would lead to the never ending re-occurrence.

...its interesting, but all-in-all quite pointless to think about paradoxes.
