Recently released study on laptop reliablity broken down by manufacturer. They obviously didnt do too much with the offbrands such as MSI, etc. But gives you a idea of quality control for the various manufacturers.
Asus Comes Out On Top
Not surprised Asus and Toshiba come out on top, they make extremely good products.
