I've been looking at Global Agenda for a while has some potential to be good if they have done a good job at implementing the ideas... Atempts to mix some aspects of mmo and a fps. Got some good reviews at some shows but i don't always trust those.

Im looking forward to supcom 2 and masseffect 2 at least there is a little hope for nextyear

Mass Effect 2 is the one I'm waiting for. Got Stalker:CoP coming in the mail, C&C4 and Starcraft 2 = epic fail, Bioshock 2 is meh, maybe worth a single playthrough. SupCom2 can screw itself with its anime units (damn Square Enix). Maybe I'll take a look at Splinter Cell Conviction.

One more game that I think is sometime 2010 (although I'm not sure) is Crysis 2.

combat wise, it sucks, the AI is stupider than a bag of rocks.

aside from that, it isn't really a total war game, it doesn't have a real grand campaign :)

oh don't get me wrong, they added one, but you can only play like 5 different nations and it has a small turn duration, no Grand Campaign with the massive amount of turns and stuff, I played it for maybe a few hours and just deleted the iso.

and yeah, Fallout Vegas should be fun.
