i personally only play shooting games but if you like rpg mmos then u would like world of warcraft or guild wars. my friend plays that all day. theyre great games if thats the kind of games u like. i like shooting games and the most recent game i bought was doom3 resurrection of evil. but nothing beats cs

doom 3 resurection of evil is great. only if u liked the 1st doom 3 tho. online isnt a big deal but single player is similar but it has a lot of new things. expect more killing, more variety and a gravity gun that u can catch things with and throw back. also u can go in slow motion any time u like with the artifact

I didn't like doom3, but in their defense, they had the code written for a gravity gun before it (or HL2) was released. ID said that it didn't fit into their storyline / gameplay at the time, but they would implement it later (expansion?).


Personally I think the pretty lighting in Doom3 couldn't save their poor physics, and a gravity gun is a weak addition to the game.

i have doom 3, but i didnt like it at all....i mean its fun and has a good storyline but the lighting is horrible...i hated having to carry around a flashlight all the time and then having to switch to a gun whenever somthin happens....i like games where i can actually see the things i kill

^ Thats when you download the mod that gives all your weapons a flashlight. Then the game is a lot more enjoyable. Or just find a way to implement the IDBEHOLDL code from Doom and Doom 2 in it.

Anyway, I'd buy Guild Wars or World of Warcraft if you want a MMO, Age of Empires 2 (or 3 when it comes out), or Farcry, HL2 (Duh), or Star Wars KOTOR so you can put it on a FTP and send it to me.
