Normally 150$, but with newegg is a bit cheaper but you have to deal with mail in rebates and crap like that.

This is 91.76 + Cost of shipping

Not sure how long deal will last just snagged off the HardOCP Forums. Grabbed one for myself as my antec has started giving me electrical coil noise.

Also, one downside this is the NON modular model. Meaning it is a cluster f*ck of cables that you have to hide. If you have a small case, do not even bother :P

I love coil noise, my GPU is really f*ckING loud when i OC it too far. The thing could hit 1050/1350 easily if it wasn't for the squeal...

Anyways, i'm getting off topic. Sweet deal for someone who wants a solid PSU and doesn't care about cables.

pretty solid deal there.

as per Bumblebee's comment, I could never recommend the HX1000 to anyone due to how much it costs for what it is, multi-rail PSU's are "ok" but are made to offset the costs of a nice big single rail, and for 200+ you can get a much nicer single rail psu, hell even the HX750/850 are better than a HX1000.

Only reason why I jumped on this, single rail 950 watt corsair power supply for 91$? Hell yes, if it was a multi rail psu like the hx I would have been a bit less hesitant on picking it up.

I think it was the HX850 that was the best psu from corsair overall, its i couldnt get one cause newegg screwed me over for a month. But yah i wasted my money :P

yeah I hear you bro, newegg's quality of service in general has been falling for the past 2-3 years, and their prices usually aren't very good anymore either, kinda sucks but whatever, there is a few other shops I'd order from just as easy.

I used to have really good luck with newegg, then i went through hell getting anything, they send me a $10 item but canclled my entire computer build ... 3 times. So after those 2 months i decied im never buying anything from newegg again. Tigerdirect and amazon got me my stuff in 3 friggen days. I guess nothing good lasts forever.

Atleast you arent still waiting for this power supply. 'Our supplier hasnt sent us a firm shipping date' That is where it stands at this point in time. If it is not on a truck by 3 today, I am going to be having someone's head on a silver platter down there.

Well Mr. Two First Names I am going to be calling you right now to get your head out of your ass and ship me my damn power supply. Hell I'll dispute the charge with my credit card if I have to so they get charged the 35$ fee for wasting my god damn time.

If it was going to take this long getting the power supply I would have ordered the same one off newegg for a bit more.

I don't mind that it's taking so long to ship, just that they shouldn't have "IN STOCK" on their website, that means it's physically in your possession and it's ready to ship. If they would have put "Ships by June 1st" I still would have ordered it, but wouldn't have relied on waiting for it for quite some time.

they wanted another Dell in the house

Haha, dell.

Also, I sent my PSU to corsair a week ago and they still haven't *recieved* it, they're so slow.

P.S How do you have 12gb of memory in an AMD system scroll lock?

Fixed :P Technically you could have 12 GB but they would only run in single channel mode. I have 2 x 4 gb of Corsair XMS
