Alien Swarm is a game and Source SDK release from a group of talented designers at Valve who were hired from the Mod community. Available free of charge, the game thrusts players into an epic bug hunt featuring a unique blend of co-op play and squad-level tactics. With your friends, form a squad of four distinct IAF Marine classes.

Quite fun in my opinion.

Definitely a fun little game. It reminds me of when we were all playing co-op L4D games with the sprinting for known items and the healing/ammo dumping. I can't wait to play with a full group though.

just played it, pretty sick.

Boo, no show! I did have a harpies like moment tonight, though. I was playing in an insane difficulty pub and kept having people leave on death and random asshats join who we promptly vote-kicked. So this other guy and I basically said, "f*ck it, lets prestige." About 10 minutes later two level 1s and a level 27 completed the mission on insane mode. The healer had died. He was the level 27. Much running and screaming was had.

Yeah, it's awesome until Halcomb keeps you up until 8:14 a.m.
screaming and running for your life lmfao. Also, beware of noob
techs that don't know how the f*ck to open a door.

i am really good at teching working on the not welding door's shut on people part but am a great tech and medic when needed lol
on my third time through the lvl's

I joined a random group for Swarm the other night and the useless tech spent close to 15mins trying to unlock the puzzle with the 1s 0s (I think it was the last lvl)
