[Bumblebee]

I was having some odd isp issues were my upload was god awful, around 20 kbps. I coudlnt figure out for the life of me what was wrong. When i tried to talk in vent or css i got like a 20m lag on talking. I got rid of my wireless and ran a huge catv cable to the pc then rebooted the modem, back to 512kbps upload. Is there like a problem coming from that modem over time or is that typical of dsl? Ive never had it happen to me before, im curious if someone else has had this happen to them.
