i preordered battefield 2 so i could use the mic it comes with. i never played any of the battlefields, is it realistic or is it like joint operations? bc i play joint operations and figured i would like bf2 and 1942 was a big game and still a lot of people play it, but i never did so who here could tell me if the battlefield series is any good?

im definately not supporting Battlefield 2.... EA games is just another faggy franchise with stupid rednecks following.

f*ckin Idiots with their Punkbuster crap and laggy ass game, Have you seen how much bandwidth BF1942 uses with a 64 slot server? near 8 MB/s.... rofl thats a lot of bandwidth usage, Ive ran servers for the game, BFV was crap and ran horrible.... But im yet to be amused with the Battlefield Series concidering BF1942 is the same repetetive crap, EA Games is just a monopoly just like Microshaft.

Time will Tell, But So far It's Doubtful that BoSS will support this game either, and If anything, We won't ever put up a server for it until I'm Certain I will waste time on it, but I will tell you one thing, With World of Warcraft keeping me busy, and a Lot of the guys playing Guildwars and Source, It's doubtful most of us would play it, Personally I would rather support counterstrike because its better then these moronic games against USA v Iraq or blah blah, it's old news, and f*ckin boring.

I agree. After i bought battlefield vietnam and hated it immediatly, i lost all respect for the series. bf:v was one of the sh*ttiest fps ive ever played in my life. battlefield 2 will really have to improve or stand out for me to get it.

i think bf2 looks great and after a few good reviews i might buy it. ive never played any other game in the series tho so its not repetitive to me. also i def dont want us to move to any other game if it means droping the css servers.

i support you all the way we dont need to waste a server on bf2, ill get bf2 bc i like those games but its not the type of game that needs a special seerver i just join whaat ever server is the biggest. cs is the game where u want to play with certain people and develop strategy

BF1942 was a sh*tty game. I bought that game and it went in the drawer right then and there.

True. BF1942 sucks. I bought it and the expansion packs at the same time just to see what all the fuss was about. I wish i never would have. I took them to EB and i think i got like $10 dollars after spending $60. f*ck that game and the new one.

It does lag at times and took alot of banwidth but we still had are good old times Dark, and it was the 2 if not 1st game we ever play b4 we got huge. remember late at night playing till dawn? lol

the demo of bf 2 is good i like it

gamespot reviewed this game as a 9.3. thats really good and i think thats the highest rated shooting game this year.

i didnt even know it would come out in other countries. thats weird, bc in the game theres us flags everywhere at the bases, and its a us military game. us weapons, uniforms. it prob wont be that popular in other coutnries anyways, but im going to get it today sometime and i cant wait.

Ive played the demo and it is much better than 1942 and far better than vietnam. I do not believe that it will be a bad game. Personally my favorite weapon is the m203 or gp30.

China, Middle East Coalition and United States. but the game can be modded like any other to have more armies
