First time ive ever seen this happen... bout couple mins after starting my pc you cant click on the damn desktop. If you go into processes in the task manager there are two IE's running in the background somehow, you gota kill um and then u can click on the desktop again.... anyone ever have that happen before?

you have a virus of sorts, or some form of malware / keylogger, IE will never start with your computer. go download and run HijackThis and upload the log it generates here.

Well before i ran that i ran adaware and it found a file called, Win32.Backdoor.Asylum. Some f*ck accessed my facebook from chicago somehow, guess that was the problem but its gone now. If anything else happens ill f*cking reformat. :)

also I noticed you have Norton installed, it is by far the most useless AV without a doubt... get something else as the majority of free products will do a better job.
