All the one's I've google/searched have issues with them - galaxy map not working, cut scenes not working etc.

Seeing as how the game was horribly buggy and shit on release, which is what you will find in all the torrent downloads of this game. Almost all issues were fixed in subsequent patches.

ye seems like it..not to mention the torrents for me1 will supposedly take me 3-4 days to dl..ffs

Shit, windows marketplace had a sale for it the other day too. Pretty sure it is over as well.
