It was taking forever, like overnight and still working at it in the morning, so I just restarted the computer. But now the update won't install. It was a while ago, but I'm kinda bothered by it now, so if anyone knows what to do, I'd appreciate it.

check your error log (there is one generated when you try to update), then google around for things that stand out.
