[Blood Mafia]

Hello sirs, last month two of the members at Blood Mafia believe we were banned for reasons in which we believe, are due to an admin abusing his power. We feel like these ban's were unfair, and certainly should not have been permanent ban's.

If any of you are accustomed to how the Blood Mafia conducts themselves you would know we do not cheat, and we respect admins; while of course making the server fun for all. Ask the numerous Blood Mafia supporters that play on your "24/7 office server" for CSS.

On the day of the banning, the only player in "BoSS" who was in the game was "anonymous.nick" who was ( I believe he was the admin, I don't know for sure if he was an admin or not) perma muting anyone who talked on mic, freezing entire teams for consecutive rounds, and banning people left and right.

We believe this ban was unjust and would like to contribute to your community again, by playing on your servers; specifically your 24/7 office pub.

The 2 steam ID's in question for this unban appeal are as followed:

Well, if you ask anyone from the server, ( save Arsenal; he hates us for some reason) you will most likely get a good review, and proof? we were banned, and never cheated, nor were we ever accused of cheating. It was last month when this transpired so i could not give you specific names of who was in the server at the time.

I'm actually a Blood Mafia member that hasn't been banned, because I was not present when these events occurred. I've heard from a couple other people who are regulars that "anonymous.nck" does abuse his admin power. I also don't do anything differently from how my colleagues conducted themselves, and I've never run into a problem with another admin. Ask some other veterans of the office server like Goonit, Sweet Berry Wine, and RTR or Bandicoot how fun we make it when we're all on.

you guys are a little mouthy.. But to me thats just CSS.. I mean it is an alltalk server.

other than periodic team stacking, and smack talk, maybe some "acting like they own shit when no admin's are around" type antics, these guys are pretty decent folks to game with.. I would say, since they took the time to post on the forums, an unban would be reasonable.

In all fairness i did ban 2 of the blood mafia guys for 7 days. My reasons were mic spamming, talking shit about boss gamers and Changing their names to things such as BloodMafia>BosSS and stupid shit like that. I felt they needed to take a break from Boss so they could truely appreciate how much they like it here... feel free to log back on at any time! No hard feelings

In all fairness i did ban 2 of the blood mafia guys for 7 days. My reasons were mic spamming, talking shit about boss gamers and Changing their names to things such as BloodMafia>BosSS and stupid shit like that. I felt they needed to take a break from Boss so they could truely appreciate how much they like it here... feel free to log back on at any time! No hard feelings

Yes we shit talked B@D ArSenal, who know's we're joking with him, we always do it. The stupid names thing was because you prevoked us with your bad admining. (maybe you were high? that's the only excuse I can think of)

From what I experienced; you are the worst admin I've ever seen. I'm saying that just from the 1 day I played with you, nothing else.
These are the reasons why I think you're a bad admin, and again it's based off of 1 day of playing with you, if you have an excuse or just wanted to be an asshole that day, it's in the past.

-You perma-muted us for TALKING TO EACH OTHER
-Freezed random people on our team, including me and unaffiliated players; who plead SEVERAL times to be unfrozen(all of which were shot down by silence), for entire rounds
-Slayed me/my friend several times for no reason
-NEVER ONCE TYPED a single request to us
-Blurted inaudible commands through your mic, which we told you NO ONE COULD HEAR
-Banned us after all of that.

If you've changed or just don't remember everything from that day, there you go. I wouldn't say the ruling for a 7day ban was uncalled for, but seriously... what were you even doing.


Quick question, did you IP ban me Nck? because I still cannot connect to the server. "[Connection failed after 4 attempts]"

Whoa.. dont need to harsh an admin, we are trying to resolve the situation here.. I sent you a PM, I dont even think nick banned you to begin with. There are sometimes 3 or more admins in the server at night.. Anyway you guys brought this on yourselves, we are willing to work with you to get you unbanned, but nick is far from the worst admin ever.. If you troll us, the admins will have to do their job at some point.. Its all in fun, of course.. but what would you do in our situation? I see both sides of the story here.. you guys were just having fun, to me it was funny but others saw it in a different way. Happens all the time.

Hmm ok I've been looking over this thread for a few days now and have tried to avoid responding because I figured once they get unbanned they will chill the fuck out, but your taking it a little far here and making baseless accusations. I was in the server the night you were banned and nick was by no means abusing his admin power nor have I ever seen him abuse admin power. He was having a little fun, freezing people he knew wouldn't mind (me and other regulars) + you and your blood mafia friends for being complete douches. You were indeed mic spamming (with ridiculous shit ie: do you even lift? fuckin owned!) and purposely blocking with cabinets/chairs etc. not only me but others on the server. I told you guys every day for the 3 weeks you've been playing here that an admin will eventually ban/kick/mute you for being tools and it happened. I know I'm not an admin, but I'm a BoSS member and I did warn you on multiple occasions so IMO you guys received a well deserved temporary ban.

Anyhow, that is in the past now and since the ban Triqshotz and the rest of you have chilled out, which is awesome and means it accomplished what it was intended to accomplish. I've even added Triq to my friends list recently. But don't come on here disrespecting an admin like you did when you were banned because next time I'm sure it will be permanent.

Long story short, Nick is an awesome and much needed admin and did nothing wrong that day nor have I seen him abuse admin.
