Hey! (Did not know where to put this! XD)

So the last 2 weeks on the server, 24/7-office (69.10.56.10.27015), has been lagging like crazy. There has been a lot of complaints about the server lagging and having big lag spikes. Also that everyone on the server has double their ping than they would normally have.


Is there any chance that you guys could restart the server or something?

yeah its gotten pretty bad, it seems to make the server less populated at the usual times it would be. kinda sad cause i love playin on the server and the lag is making it no more fun :(

Like the server but im getting to the point where the lag is killing me.

I agree, my latency in the past week has shot up as well. Its usually around 10-15 being that i am in NY but in the past week to a week and a half Ive been bouncing around the upper 50-60 range.

I made a post in the admin section about this same issue, hopefully Shadow can look into it when he gets time. Thanks for letting us know, we appreciate the input.

FYI, server lagging is not the same as high latency. high latency is generally the connection

a restart is highly unlikely to fix

Well I understand that. But it is very odd that it affects everyone. Atleast 80% of the people gaming. I hear complainants every time I join the server, that people who had a perfect connetion before is just getting higher ping and lag. And the lag affects everyone at the same time who do get affected. Which is around 80%.

Wow just wanna say thank you so much to whoever worked on the server because it's running great. Ping is back down to normal 5-10 range (as opposed to 20-30 it has been for the last month) and the lag is gone. Server finally feels fixed for good. Great work =)
