i player nammed 'meh' was speed hacking among other hacks on boss server 2. 'meh' wasnt his full name but he left after one round so i didnt recall his whole name. someone said vac kicked him but i doubt vac works. so i dont know his full name or steam id but if someone sees a player with the begining 'meh' and thinks hes hacking, well he is. and needs to be banned.

first of all, vac does not ban, and second of all, we need steamid to ban...

besides, dont u think if we'll be on the server we'll know whos hacking...

Well....if all he could give was a name or partial name, i have a list of names to watch for. I do watch out for the names on my list and i spec them very carfully if they join the server.

I don't know if vac bans or not but I have seen vac kick people. And a message comes up on screen saying vac kicked player playername for haveing a known cheat... or something like that. I have seen it a few times and thought to myself wow it really works...although I think it may be limited to stuff they already know about...And there are new hacks writen everyday... I have never used a hack because I wanted to get good, and I am gettin there... At least with ak and AWP..

VAC is still in beta testing, it will catch the most basic hacks. The gaming community will never see the end of hacks. When 1's and 0's are involved, hackers will be there to crack it.

yeah he could change his name but if thats what you look at it as then dont reply.
im only trying to bring about someone to keep your eyes on

vac is a beta and is trying to see what it can catch and get a list of every thing before it can take action. i would guess end of this year.

it was me who shouted he prob got vac ban, but ive checked into it.

it seems that some hacks are shutting down when they detect vac beta running as they cannot bypass it. thats not to say all hacks do that just some on public release. it also seems that hack client stability (especially when running speedhack etc) is NOT good, so some small hope there then.
