Where the hell did this guy come from?

lol So let me get this straight....

You got a problem with CS:S, and then decided to join BoSS Gamers so we could help you (after your CS:S crashed, no less)?

I would try restarting steam, then your computer, etc.

But if that doesn't work, reinstall steam.

If that doesn't work, then go to the steampowered.com forums and post something there.

And uh.. welcome to BoSS?

Yeah welcome to boss. I had the exact same problem with counterstrike and half-life 2. I tried everything they said to do on the steam forums. Still didn't work. Then i ran mem-test to test my memory. turns out my memory slots on my motherboard were f*cked up not the games. Something in your computer could be incompatable with the games. Or your memory or memory slots could actually be f*cked like the message said. The actual memory stick could have a leak in it. Where your memory fills up to the point of the leak and then cant go any further causing the game or program to crash. Who knows? search google for memtest and run it. Make sure you get the one you can run in windows because the other one is a pain in the ass. let the test run all the way to 100% or longer. If your computer freezes during the test then yes it is your memory. I hope you figure this problem out. and i hope this will help. Because i spent many sleepless nights searching forums for the answer to this problem. Then i just ran memtest and bought a new motherboard. Problem fixed.

This is old. The reason I thought it was funny because this was like his first or second post. I tried to help him, but I just thought it was funny to come here and join when his cs:s was f*cked.

lol
