within the last month ive been devoting a lot of my money towards my computer.


so far ive gotten a 19" Viewsonic CRT Monitor

the monitor - except the one i got was black

i also got a radeon 9800 pro 256mb card and a External CD-RW drive cause it was cheap
(and a 550 watt power supply to power the video card ^^)


what im getting next: 1gb ram and a new case. possibly this one:

ya aspire cases rock, the last 2 comps we've made have aspire cases and there doin pretty good, i got a viewsonic too but mines a p95f+

yea, its a lot more for lcd. especially to get a 19' lcd with equal quailty refresh rates it would be a hell of a lot more. why not get a high quality monitor thats good for gaming for $200

CRTs are much much better for gaming than any tft. The responsive time on the newest versions (although sub 6ms) is still non comparable to the highest quality crts, which are measured in nanoseconds (ish).

I would have a CRT, but space is limited.
