every time i run spy bot it finds the same 'back web lite' its labeled as adware/spyware and says its funciton is to add items and pop ups to your system. i havnt experienced any of this but im just curious why every time i delete it, spy bot finds it every time i scan.

idk, spybot kinda got a little worn out for me, becomming less effective everytime i used it. try running it in safemode. well even if it is deleting it, if its in your system it can still reinstall itself. running all your anti-spyware programs during safemode should fix it

i know this sounds dumb but i dont know how to run safe mode. on my old computer it was F1. but on this one, when it starts up its in ctrl h to run bios. but nothing for safemode. is there a way through ms config or something like that to run safemode. im sure theres a simple way.
