One forum goer named Billy Pumper brought up a good point and I quote,

"i mean i am probably gonna get my hands slapped because of this but i get on the forums to find sh*t interesting and all i have seen is people posting pictures of stupid cookies for a guy who got a hundred posts in 2 weeks. and a sh*t load of words talking about a burito. sry i feel kinda like an asshole, but you;ll get over it

guys lets work on the posts, or atleast get more threads so its not....o f*ck it whatever going to play cs"

And I thought to myself, why, he's right in a way. Although I don't agree because this was in the Offtopic, thus strange, forum, all in all people's posts here are pretty limited because there really isn't all that much to talk about.

I am suggesting you implement a politics forum, where everyone here can take current events and discuss them, properly, like human beings.

Yay? Nay?

Discuss.

hey i got a lot of cookies for my 800th post. thats a big deal. we let people celebrate by the 100's. 100 is a big deal for vent reasons. thats how we get to really meet the people. anyways yes the forums do need a more serious attitude, especially with shadow's new looks to this more serious and professional looking site. i mean anything off topic can go in off topic. lately ive been opening a lot of gaming threads, movie reviews, and computer specs/questions. more people should too. and people need to be more active in more serious threads. i recommned something like humorous stories, embarassing stories, drunk stories, funny stories about a chick. those are always amusing. politics can get out of hand. everyone hates one and someone loves the other. but humor is something everyone can read. plus people need to feel more free to ask questions about hardware and technical problems, theres a lot of programmers and software engineers in this community.

Yes, and don't forget stories that have to do with illicit substances!

Because really, those are the most entertaining in the end, especially when things get out of hand, ohh, haha! Crazy Mr. Magoo!

But seriously... yeah, I agree with everything you said 100%

And I'm not saying that personal milestones like 800 posts shouldnt be celebrated, infact, its better that they are! With a good mix of serious and relaxed, you too can have hair like mine. Or... live a balanced life, whatever.

i didn't read anything except the initial post so whatever. i am just tired and kinda in a bad mood. I would not mind a politics section but i don't think that it will ever happen cause ppl get their feelings hurt and become angry. However when ppl discuss politics and become angry it is because they don't know what the f*ck they are talking about. but this is not an adult forum so most ppl will just post sh*t like "f*ck bush" and f*ck liberals, Anyway i am a registed republican and would gladly discuss anything on the subject. :)

Hmm, I never meant to imply there was any lack of entertainment here, infact, theres so much crazy sh*t going on I don't even know what just happened!

Ah, but anyways, as far as division of the boards, perhaps if we shaped the rules of that board in particular to encompass politeness as well as political correctness. Maybe even a seal of maturity to be able to post there (like a minimum of 50 posts or something). Other rules like no party bashing unless its... well... backed up by a discussion (so no blatant f*ck BUSH kind of things.)

As it was said, what the hell my mouse stopped working. I don't get it... its clean i just checked, it just stopped. What the hell!

Alright I unplugged it and plugged it back in, whew, that was a scary

ANYWAY, I don't know, just a suggestion, maybe this forums wouldnt work out with a politics board. Hmmmmm...

politics and gaming doesn't seem to go hand in hand in my eyes.. but if the topic was there and people used it wouldn't it be worth the effort to try... as long as people like me.. (haven't ever voted so i can't complain) that don't know anything about politics but just smile and nod when someone corners me in a conversation stays the hell out of that topic it should be all good.. right?? or is it to be expected to get the quoted from another post f*ck bush coment from at least 2 or 3 people?

my thoughts.. few and thin but my thoughts

f*ck Politics, you want Politics? goto CNN.com, I could care less about that stupid sh*t, nuff said, but Real world Evens? nobody cares dude... and Im sure nobody wants to log in to see some sh*t like about "oh my god a tornado f*cked up the gas prices holy sh*t!!!111one", this is a gaming community, not some scratchy world news website

If you can think of something that will not cause any drama, be my guest, find something to talk about, but dont act stupid....

and god damnit nobody cares about how many times you post.
