this is a noob question, but i downloaded regcleaner, i didnt like it so i got rid of it, but i noticed afterwards every file was now set back to regular files. i had them all as viewed as 'details', someone set them like this at bestbuy. how do i set them back so all files are viewed as details? i dont want to go thru and have to right click, view, then details. what is the command or setting to do this? this isnt really a problem, its just annoying when everything is a big ass folder. and when youre looking at a lot at once, and can only see 12 per a screens its annoying as opposed to details which will show like 50.

thanks

What the apply to all folders does is makes all folder's view the same as the current one you're looking at. So if you are viewing Details instead of List, then they shall all be viewed as details.

There is also a checkbox in that dialog I showed that is "Remember each Folder's settings". That gets turned off pretty quick on all machines I use.. along with the personalized menus.. :9:

Anyways, this has been fixed through PM's.. I know you wanna do it Crash..
