first of all whats a static wrist...whatever?
second of all, with a sweet card and processor, id get a nice monitor to get the best effect. maybe a nice 19-21 inch crt which will get you 1600 res or 2050 res. that would be around 200 bucks like mine which was 170
or get the same but flat lcd, but that would be like 400 bucks
keyboard, mouse, speakers?

the wrist strap is to not zap any parts while installing... and who needs a keyboard and mouse anyways.. you can play cs:s without them anyways... just use your MIND!loooks good. the 7800 is a lot better than the 1800. sucks for ATI, ATI has always been better or atleast theyve been at close competition. looks nice.

Also, switch the sony dual layer drive for an NEC 3540a. Much better drive, cleaner burns and it'll save you 20 bucks to put towards something else

19-21 inches
lcd
max resolution get atleast 1600x1200 or 2050x1600 since your vid card will now support that
recommended resolution no lower than 1600x1200
and find one thats 8ms
the one in yours is 1280x10124 and 6ms, that should be less that 150
so yeah get those specs and it will be about the same price with the holiday offers and all tiger direct has
